Præsentation

Jeg er uddannet sociolog fra Aalborg Universitet med speciale i organisationssociologi og social differentiering. Aktuelt er jeg ansat som ph.d.-studerende, hvor jeg undersøger brugen af lærings- og kvalitetsteams som tilgang til kvalitetsudvikling i sundhedsvæsenet, i regi af Det Nationale Kvalitetsprogram for det danske sundhedsvæsen. Jeg har væsentlig erfaring med ledelse, udvikling, gennemførsel og formidling af kvalitative forskningsprojekter, herunder sundhedstjenesteforskning, medicinske teknologivurderinger, og systematiske litteraturstudier. Min primære forskningsinteresse og -erfaring ligge indenfor organisering og implementering af initiativer, teknologier, forandringer og kvalitetsudvikling inden for sundhedssektoren.
